Pecan Chicken Sautéed Zucchini







Ingredients

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
( ¼ c honey, ¼ c course brown mustard)
2 oz pecan chips
1 zucchini, cubed
½ pkg dinner rolls


Instructions:

Thaw chicken. Combine honey and mustard;
dip chicken in sauce until coated and dredge in
chopped pecans. Place in baking dish and cook
@ 350 for 30 minutes or until tender.

Serve with sautéed zucchini and hot dinner
rolls / butter.
